Couldn’t recommend these guys more! Really lovely well ran family business, all very polite and welcoming looking for the best possible car for you. Even if any smaller issues fixed them instantly with no issues whatsoever. If you’re in need of a starter car or a car that’s going to last you this place is perfect for it! Weve had two cars from there now and both going very well.

Back on the 2nd of march 2026 i purchased a 2013 mini cooper s clubman from this dealership, overall I was quite happy with my purchase at the time understanding that the vehicle was 13 years old and had almost 90k miles on the clock, the vehicle itself was presented well and was nice and clean, the sales process was nice and easy, upon viewing the vehicle i noticed that the radio wasn't working and they were happy to knock off £100 for it, I planned on putting apple car play/android auto in it anyway, the problems arose when i began my 3 hour drive home, there was a significant knocking coming from the NSR suspension, and the tracking was slightly off but this was only to be the beginning of my seemingly never ending issues so far, i figured a replacement shock was an easy enough fix to do myself as i'd done it many times before, I found that the top nut on the top of the shock absorber had been completely cross thread causing the knocking, the shock absorber had to be angle grinded apart for me to be able to replace it, the bumpstops were also completely disintegrated and required replacing on both sides as well as the offside rear shock absorber being completely shot and not fit for purpose, the offside front shock absorber was also the same, the spring caps that the top mounts sit on were also dangerously corroded to the point where there were large holes in them and if left any longer would have caused the suspension to collapse, i decided to replace both front shocks in pairs to keep even wear across the car, I then had the car throw up abs faults and turns out the previous mechanic had just left the wire hanging loose in the wheel arch causing the cable to rub through the crank shaft pulley and cause the fault, both front track rods and track rod ends also needed to be replaced to fix the tracking due to them being completely seized which again i understand is a common issue but should have had the tracking checked before we took delivery of the vehicle, fast forward today the car cut out 3 times on the way to work meaning i had to pull over at the side of the road and restart it and limp my way to work, all of these things should have been picked up on the PDI by the dealers workshop but seem to have either been missed or ignored entirely, i am a bit upset that i have needed to spend almost £3000 fixing these issues which should have been rectified before purchase.

Picked up a car on Sunday from mb cars. The service was excellent. Very friendly bunch, found a fault with a broken seat trim which I purchased and they reimbursed me for. Would definitely recommend this garage for car sales. Thankyou.

Went to go look at a car and staff were really friendly. Helped me narrow down the choices for what I needed. Went back a few days later to test drive with family and again really friendly and helpful. Bought the car i test drove. They had everything ready service mot all done before collection today.
