Lee fitted new brake discs and pads and successfully resolved a binding brake issue. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his work. He is a true professional who is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes pride in what he does. Natalie was very helpful in getting the job booked in, and David took the time to clearly explain the issue with my car and the work required. At last, I’ve found a great garage that offers excellent service at a reasonable cost. The whole team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy vehicle repairs and servicing. Good luck SWR team, I will see you soon for MOT and other work.
Our family car needed work on all 4 brakes, with our main dealer package expiring and wanting to use a local business i set about contacting some well established businesses in Swindon who didn't give me the courtesy of a response, i then came across Swindon Automotive Repair and was glad i did. The customer service from Natalie, Leigh & David from start to finish was exceptional, competitive pricing, great workmanship and a quick turnaround. I'll be returning when needed.
David was very helpful and sorted out the issue quickly and professionally. Excellent service and very friendly Highly recommended! Will be using their services again in future 👌👍
Amazing service from these guys, managed to fit us in same day and did an absolutely stellar job and kept us updated as they worked! Would highly highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks Swindon Automotive Repairs!
They were fast at fixing my car and everyone was friendly and easy to talk too. Will definitely comeback if anything else needs doing. Thank you.
The entire team as Swindon Automotive Repair are quite simply awesome! They came to my rescue when I had someone deliberately pour oil into my coolant to give the illusion of a blown head gasket, causing a whole world of mess! The team accommodated me instantly and got to work sorting out the contaminated coolant, performing multiple flushes and over 50 litres of water and cleaner to sort it out, these guys are amazing. Highly recommended , they operate with transparency, honesty and skill. I will 100% be returning to use them
After my alternator failed they managed to fit me in within a couple of days with a very reasonable quote. They did everything they said they world do ….. turned up on time, called when on the way and got my car back on the road. David and Leigh were polite, professional and even though the job overran due to problems beyond their control they stuck with the original labour quote which I wasn’t expecting. Definitely my go to mechanics from now on. Thank you so much both of you and also Natalie behind the scenes who was also lovely to deal with
