There service was excellent,really good.Personally they found the faults and fixed my car,I'm glad I stumbled on this garage,where genuine people do there work,and now my car runs like a dream.Thanks to Cross Street Garage it's located in the old town.

5 Stars. My husband turned up without an appointment on a Thursday morning and Nathan was amazing with resolving the car for the weekend. We were kept updated throughout, car issue was fully diagnosed and explained which made us feel like we were in safe hands. The car was fixed earlier than expected and we received a great call on the Friday to confirm the car was fixed, tested and ready to go (Replacement turbo hose) Best garage in Swindon, great value, honest pricing and top class service from Nathan and the Team 👍🏼

Booked my car in to have the brake disc and pads changed following an advisory given on its last MOT by another garage. Cross Street Garage quoted me a competitive price to carry out the work, however contacted me following the drop off of the car to inform me the brakes didn’t need changing. Reassuring to receive an honest judgment, where they could have just completed the work and charged me anyway. Thanks Nathan.

Had our car in for DM Flywheel and Clutch replacement and although there was an issue with a part from the supplier, CS kept us in the loop and were efficient in sorting the part issue and their service was excellent. I've been taking cars here for circa 25 years they've always been excellent and trustworthy.

The team at cross st were fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, did a great job on the work, and the staff were so friendly and informative — they took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel clueless. Best of all, the price was very reasonable — excellent value for the quality of service I received. Will definitely be coming back next time I need any car work done. Thank you!

We’ve taken both our car and VW Campervan to Cross Street Old Town for around 7 years I think now. The service is great, Nathan is really helpful and managed to get our van repaired really quickly. Great service. 10/10 thank you all.

Customer service , excellent 9.9 not your usual apple, ford or Vodafone Prices, V, good. 9.8 competitive, it’s a fact we gets what’s we pay for Assistance, excellent 9.9 they went above and beyond Staff, excellent 9.9 this team are on the ball, extremely helpful Premises, excellent 9.9 spotlessly clean, well managed Satisfaction, V, good 9.8 a retirement could lead to a drop in standards easily explained as a bedding in period, not the case here, the same if not better Received the the same service here for the past ten years, no bs, proof of diagnosis, work carried out to a high standard. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough
