Top Test MOT Reading

I recently took my car to Top Test MOT Reading, for an M.O.T. test - and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and very helpful. They carried out my MOT efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It's refreshing to find a garage that's honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about its customers. Alistair went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly, and the pricing was fair with no unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Top Test MOT Reading to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage. Outstanding customer service, excellent workmanship, and a great overall experience. I'll definitely be returning for future MOTs and servicing. Five stars!

Booked in for an AC regas which apparently they did and AC still wouldn’t work with no diagnostic, still charged full price +VAT and was told they couldn’t do anything else.

Booked my Bike, I turned up a bit late but Alistair was super friendly and accomadating, I will always go here :)

Fantastic Service from start to finish. Took my car in for MOT with known issues knowing it might fail, but Top Test was professional and honest throughout. They didn't add any issues, and at my request repaired both the fail and the advisory promptly and at a fair price. Great mechanics/garage that I will continue to use and trust for all my motoring needs. Customer service was excellent and did all they could to get me back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.

Took my motorbike in to Top Test for it's MOT. Unfortunately it failed for two things, but they recommended me a great local motorbike mechanic that was able to get the two problems sorted for me within 24 hours. Took it for it's retest and now it's back on the road! The MOT didn't take too long, and the staff were friendly & helpful. Cheers! *edit* Took another bike to gets it’s MOT done, again perfect service, super friendly staff, thanks! :)

Wonderful and friendly service, I was late and had missed my slot but was still able to be accommodated as I had rang to say I was stuck in traffic. I highly recommend this company and I will return annually, excellent customer service.

Been using Top test for a year now ever since I purchased my crossland with them. I’ve had a service and mot since then and both were done quickly, professionally and with a great friendly service. I love my car and am very happy with the service provided by the guys there.
