I've been using NK MOT for my motorcycle MOT for the last three years I think. They've always done the test in a timely manner so I've never been waiting for long. The waiting area is very comfortabe, with free coffee should you desire. I'd certainly be happy to recommend them for motorcycle MOTs. I do all servicing myself so I cannot say anything about their work in that regard, but I would hope if a bulb happened to blow somewhere between me doing my pre-MOT checks and the MOT that they would supply and fit one for minimal cost. 🤞😉
Called for a potential fluid leak in drivers footwell. Staff were polite and able to see me within 30 minutes of calling. Diagnosis was not dire (condensation), but they were very generous to not charge me for it. I would highly recommend this place for MOTs and diagnosis, the Team are amazing and work like clockwork!
Excellent customer service by front desk lady and young lad, My Moped had her first MOT and I was so happy with the service from the guys in the mechanic team too. Was my first time taking my bike to a garage. I shouldn't have had no worries. I had a Very pleasant experience and will be going back next year. Thank you
No nonsense/very efficient service. Very friendly service. Have used these guys multiple times and I have never had an issue. Excellent staff too. Very much recommend them to anyone looking for an honest MOT centre.
Halfords AC re-gas machine broke, they were gonna charge me £75. Went across the forecourt to this place, they got me in - straight away at 0845 - charged me £15 less, as well as only charging £20 if the fix didn't work. It did work and I happily paid the £60. The Yaris is now an ice box. Highly recommend.
Great experience. Dash warning lights lit up. Got a diagnostic appointment here the next day. They managed to locate the issue and clear the fault in 30min cost me around £50. Will be using this garage again. Staff were polite and knowledgeable.
Since moving to Reading, NK Autos is the only garage I have used for servicing and MOT, and I have not looked back since😊. On this occasion, I took my second car for servicing, and they picked up major problems underneath that they suggested I get resolved ASAP, which I was able to do on the same day before I take it for scratch repair. If it wasn’t for their professionalism and efficient service, I would end up with a faulty car and I can not thank them enough for taking great care of cars and their customers too🙏🏾
