Absolutely disgraceful service from London Motor Sports. I spent over £3,000 on a gearbox replacement, expecting a professional job and at least a basic level of customer service. Instead, I collected my car with absolutely no explanation of the work that had been carried out. I let that slide because I was in a rush, but I wish I hadn’t. The real issue is that they failed to return my locking wheel nut. When I contacted them, they admitted they would “look for it.” After I spent two weeks chasing them, the story suddenly changed to, “We don’t remember having it.” How can you carry out a gearbox replacement without removing the wheel? The excuse simply doesn’t add up. Every time I asked for an update, I got the same empty response: “We’re working on it.” No solution, no accountability, no urgency—just excuse after excuse while I was left dealing with the consequences of their mistake. To make matters even worse, they had the nerve to call me to tell me I should replace my tyres, while they still hadn’t resolved the fact that they had lost my locking wheel nut. It was unbelievably insulting. When I challenged them, I was told the complaints department would deal with it. Since then? Silence. My calls are ignored. The lack of accountability is shocking. Once they’ve taken your money, don’t expect them to care if something goes wrong. Spending over £3,000 clearly counts for nothing here. My advice is simple: if you use this garage, make sure you check that every single item you leave with them is returned before you drive away, and inspect your car thoroughly. Don’t assume they’ll put things right if they make a mistake, because based on my experience, they won’t. I will never use this garage again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service from start to finish. I had bodywork carried out on my car, and the results were outstanding—the finish exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The workshop was clean and well-organised, creating a great overall experience. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended.

Came in for an oil change, fuel & oil filter change. From taking the car to waiting area was wonderful clean office, waiting room. Polite and punctual. Lovee it.
The guys were very friendly and helpful. The fix my car quick and done a free diagnosis. They sent me a video with a few issues that my car had an gave me a quotation to ask me if I would like to go ahead with the repair. Very professional and I would definitely go back.
