Too expensive. I took my old car (Suzuki/2007) for MOT and it failed. I asked for a quote to fix it and it came £489 to fix I managed to fix it for £70 and passed the MOT. I would never that my car there again.
I had a very disappointing experience with this MOT company. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Simple questions were met with attitude, and I was spoken to in a way that no customer should be. Avoid!!
Went for the first time to get an MOT and unfortunately had to have work done. As a someone who knows nothing about cars it can be intimidating going into a garage as they could tell me anything! When I questioned the team about the work they took me out to the car and were really kind showing me exactly what was going wrong so I felt I could trust them. Really lovely team, done a good job.
Very helpful and friendly. They offered to take a look at my car for free as I was worried something was wrong with the coolant system. They offered me their expertise and looked it over for free. Lovely bunch of guys and would highly recommend!
