I’ve had a lot of issues with my Ford Focus and I’ve had two encounters with the Garage in relation to my car the 1st I had to get a few bits sorted out and they were very professional and honest and the 2nd encounter was with a separate issue so I had returned. I dealt with Lorraine from the front desk and her service was 5*. She’s been my support for the last 2 weeks and has been completely transparent with the cost of the repair (being uneconomical) and even knocked off the investigation fee. This type of service was very refreshing as many garages out there are simply out there for your money. I was offered to test drive my car for a week just so they could pinpoint the problem and avoid charging me for something that I didn’t need to be charged for. Although I’m upset I’ll be without a vehicle the customer service is what’s kept me happy about the situation and I’m glad I received the expert advice I did from Lorraine and the Garage Team. They’ll look after you so make sure you come here !

Reviewing The Garage Bramber Road: I booked in for MOT. The team were fantastically efficient, did NOT try to sell me any "extras" unlike dealerships; car was ready spot on time, no add-ons. Delightful and helpful staff at every level, would HIGHLY recommend. This is the second car I have trusted them with, no hesitation in the future.
Great service from The Garage! I needed to replace the rear lights on my car. From the moment I called the Garage to ask for advice I had a friendly response and the team were able to order in the parts and replace the lights without fuss. When I picked up the car it had been cleaned too which was a lovely surprise. I will definitely return to this garage and have no hesitation in recommending it.
I have had consistently good service from The Garage over several years. Recently Geoff and his team went the extra mile when I left it rather late to get my lease car prepped and pristine for return. The Garage itself is a spotless work of art - well worth a visit! Highly recommended.
