Not very happy with the service. Dropped the car off and 8 am. Waited until 3pm to call to see if my car had passed its MOT and if they had done the service. The gentleman on the phone was less than helpful and couldn't tell me if he had passed or not. Then confirmed it passed. I was told it would be another hour. Waited until 440 to call and was told another half an hour. No customer service at all. I also didnt get any information from the person who MOT'd my car. I dont know how lpw my tread is just i need new tyres. Won't be going back!

Very good garage good service MOT my last car . Super good service great team of people always be taking my cars there thanks guys . Soon have my car to do again this year . Good mot station good garage . Thank you Ollie

Poor Customer Service & Unresolved Issues Despite Multiple Visits I had a very disappointing experience with this service centre. While they were the first to correctly diagnose my car’s issue and charged me £65 for the diagnosis, their lack of responsibility and poor customer service made the entire process frustrating. I took my car back for repairs, and at first, they told me I needed to replace one tire. Later, they called and said I actually needed to replace both. I also requested a full service, during which they found that the handbrake needed adjustment. However, the very next day, I noticed that my tire pressure sensor issue was still unresolved, and my parking sensors had stopped working. When I returned to ask about these issues, they said they didn’t have time and told me to come back the next day. Even though it was clearly their responsibility, they simply cleared the error codes instead of properly fixing the problem, and as expected, the issue reappeared shortly after. Three weeks later, I took my car for an MOT, only to fail due to the same sensor and handbrake issues. When I asked them to repair it, they booked me in two weeks later. Then, they charged me £210 for another handbrake adjustment. When I pointed out that I had already paid for this service, they simply said, "This time, we adjusted the shoes." And despite all of this, the tire pressure sensor issue remains unresolved! 😵‍💫 Final Verdict While this service centre may be capable of diagnosing issues, their failure to communicate properly, repeated charges for the same work, and inability to resolve problems fully made this an extremely frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re prepared for poor accountability and multiple return visits.

Bad service. Booked my car for MOT and investigation. Dropped the car night before as agreed when I booked. Called garage after 2pm to check progress. Was told they didn't have my number and didn't know what to do with the car even though we discussed it when I booked the car. The owner was rude and I decided to collect my car because I can't trust the garage to touch my car if they can't correctly book a car in.

My MOT had run out , I called these guys as they had done the last mot with the previous owner. They booked me in within a couple of hours , very friendly and professional . Amazing service 👏

Never used this garage before but realised both cars had expired MOT'S These guys fitted us it at short notice even though they were incredibly busy and were able to fix minor faults and retest within 48 hour. Thanks guys, much appreciation from Rachel and Rob
