Diagnosis was not dire (condensation), but they were very generous to not charge me for it. I would highly recommend this place for MOTs and diagnosis, the Team are amazing and work like clockwork!
Excellent customer service by front desk lady and young lad, My Moped had her first MOT and I was so happy with the service from the guys in the mechanic team too. Was my first time taking my bike to a garage. I shouldn't have had no worries. I had a Very pleasant experience and will be going back next year. Thank you

Halfords AC re-gas machine broke, they were gonna charge me £75. Went across the forecourt to this place, they got me in - straight away at 0845 - charged me £15 less, as well as only charging £20 if the fix didn't work. It did work and I happily paid the £60. The Yaris is now an ice box. Highly recommend.
Great experience. Dash warning lights lit up. Got a diagnostic appointment here the next day. They managed to locate the issue and clear the fault in 30min cost me around £50. Will be using this garage again. Staff were polite and knowledgeable.
Since moving to Reading, NK Autos is the only garage I have used for servicing and MOT, and I have not looked back since😊. On this occasion, I took my second car for servicing, and they picked up major problems underneath that they suggested I get resolved ASAP, which I was able to do on the same day before I take it for scratch repair. If it wasn’t for their professionalism and efficient service, I would end up with a faulty car and I can not thank them enough for taking great care of cars and their customers too🙏🏾
Had an MOT for my motorbike here purely because nowhere else had availability in the time frame I needed. They struggled to start my bike (you know, the kind you turn the key then press the ignition button…) because they hadn’t turned the key properly, were unprofessional by telling people their MOTs were done then realising they’d got the wrong person, passed my MOT with advisories which I had checked by a bike mechanic and was told they weren’t issues at all! The fact that these cowboys don’t specialise in one vehicle and don’t even do repairs on motorbikes should tell you a lot! Just go elsewhere - save yourself the time, effort and money.
