Just had my car's toyota's MOT done at this mechanic, i have to say, 10/10 excellent service, reasonable price, and fixed my advisories right there at the shop and left with my pass. I recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking was easy, communication was great, and the whole process was smooth and professional. My car had a major service and MOT, and I was kept informed throughout with phone calls explaining any additional work that was recommended. Everything was clearly documented, and all paperwork was provided when I collected the car. A special THANK YOU to Andy, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. AVOID this scam garage. I did my MOT with them, said they fix my oil leakage, which costed me 400£, already a scam. Couldnt provide the fixing details. What’s worse was I found out my car still has the oil leaking problem and I tried to call them back. After noticing me calling for a problem, the man pretended to not able to hear me and never pick up the call again. What a joke. Already calling my solicitor. Good luck. 😇
AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Took my car for MOT as work across the road at the time. Told them that the passenger headlight was pointing up and if there was any issues to give ma a call. When I went to collect after work, they told me it failed because one tyre was the worg way around. They didn't call me or just rectified it so it would pass. So I had to take the car back again the next day to get it sorted. Passed the MOT and off I went. A week or so later switched to highbeam and the "highbeam" was pointing onto the road. Had to book it in AGAIN so the could sort it. Dropped the car in the morning and to avoid any more issues, collected it around 14h or 15h just to find two red marks and dents on the front passenger door. They then looked at the cctv and said that it wasn't them. They only showed me one minutes of the hole days footage. I took it up with their head office. The area manager who "investigated" it was very slow with any sort of response and only came back after about a month and said "we don't take any responsibility for any damages or loss. They are incompetent, slow to resolve their own mistake, don't take responsibility and dishonest! If you value your care, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
