My trusted Renault Twingo decided for the first time ever not to start. Living in an area without a bus route, I needed to get back on the road quickly so I could get to work the next day. The mechanic arrived within 20 min, and rather embarrassingly the engine started straight away!.....although I was pleased, I felt that was the quickest £72 I had ever spent. But I was very impressed, the mechanic checked the battery, the starter and alternator for any faults, and also checked the tyre pressures. He was very thorough at explaining what might have been the issue, and gave a few tips as to what to do should it happen again. I felt very pleased with the service and have put their number in my phone.

Came within half of hour of my call, sorted out my car, even offered to take me to get a new battery. Lovely man, great service

I had a great experience with Marek. My Mercedes had an issue with the EGR system and I originally thought I needed to replace the whole thing. I even bought four different parts to cover everything. Instead of just fitting everything I had bought, he was honest and recommended the quickest and cheaper option, saving me both time and money. It’s rare to find a mechanic who prioritises what’s genuinely necessary rather than doing extra work.
