Expert Mercedes service. It is just great to deal directly with a Mercedes-trained mechanic. Jake really knows his stuff and has got excellent communication skills. All that means that you get a brilliant all round service. I wouldn't go back to the Main Dealer. A real find!

Jake is a Genius! Seriously he is really good in finding the UNDERLYING issue. I had Engine management light ON with my Mercedes and it was dealth with professionalism, explained everthing and found the issue. It was fixed based on his recommendation and I would highly recommend him. The original issue couldnt be resolved by Mercedes. Jake found it! Thanks Jake. P.S. When one pays for something and you get the correct service with total support you know its the right place.
