Halfords Garage Services Cambridge

Service is always excellent. I signed up for the Halfords club to get a free MOT and discount in my repairs which was well worth it. I always use their payment plans which have been a big help when unexpected repairs are needed.

Again, another fantastic experience with Cambridge Halfords. Kim was an absolute diamond who was very professional, kind and informative to not only myself but other customers she was working with. Kim made the process quick and simple and answered any questions I had. I’d also like to give a shout out to the mechanics who worked on my vehicle. They were honest and transparent with what needed doing and achieved everything in a timely and professional manner. In short. HIGHLY recommend!

Had van booked in , drove into cambridge for 8am which took 45mins, took the day of work duue to being told the van would be in all day, had someone follow me in, who also sat in the cambridge rush traffic. We got there and were told they couldn't do the van as the ramp broke down the day before. We did not receive a phone call or email or any notification to say do not come in. When I asked when it could be re-booked, I was told don't know, could be over 4 weeks.the van was booked in due to a brake fault notification. Very bad customer service.

I have been very happy with the Halfords team at the Cambridge Coral Park location. Excellent communication and transparency on service and repairs I’ve needed. It’s a relief to have a local garage I know I can trust and rely on.

Short notice free check of exhaust system which proved the system was good, at the same time worn front tyres were highlighted and a reasonable quote provided. The work was carried out promptly plus a 5% discount for Premier club membership. All very good!

I am extremely happy with the service I received at Halfords Autocentre in Cambridge. I took my car in for an air conditioning diagnostic because I was worried there might be a leak. After carrying out a thorough inspection, they honestly informed me that there were no leaks detected. They could have easily suggested unnecessary repairs or additional work, but instead they were completely transparent and truthful. It is very rare to find such honest and trustworthy professionals. Their integrity gave me great peace of mind, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.
