Really good service on a same day call out. Quote on the phone, kept up to date with arrival time and finished the work quickly.
Used this firm twice now and both experiences have been really good. The lad who sorted my car out was called kris, really good lad, completed both jobs with no problems everthing was smooth and professional right down to the receipt. Thanks kris recommend JM Vehicle Assist, and the lad kris. 👍
Chris from JM vehicle assist was amazing, I had Only had my car a few days and became to my home to do a full diagnostic test. He was very professional, super efficient and reasonably priced, would recommend him to anybody who was having car troubles or needed a pick up.
Kris was extremely helpful. My car produced a fault that made it insecure late on Friday night. Kris replied and was out to the house within the hour at 8PM. Found the lock fault and managed to make the car secure whilst waiting for a replacement part so I could keep using it over the next week. Kept me updated all of the time whilst the new part was on order. Arrived and fitted the new part within an hour of it being delivered. Couldn't rate Kris higher, and would recommend to anyone looking for an emergency mechanic.
I cannot recommend JM Vehicle Assist highly enough - such friendly and efficient service. My car’s battery decided not to play ball this morning - without warning! 😅. I called Kris at JM Vehicle Assist and within a couple of hours, and one new battery later, my car was back on the road.I am very grateful!
