I used Halfords for a full service and MOT. The online booking was very straightforward and I appreciated the reminders beforehand. On the day, drop off was prompt and easy. Everything was clearly explained. I received a phone call to inform me of any advisories and again when the car was ready to be collected. Excellent service and I shall definitely be using Halfords again.

Charlie and his team were amazing! My car failed its MOT however Charlie had the necessary work completed straightaway as I needed it for a drive down to Cornwall the next day. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Halfords at Rookery, good team. MOT and servicing. Had a service yesterday a major one. Did discuss as was thinking of selling on this car, if major things found, stop and advise. This they did as £1400 to fix but had dropped the oil so I still had to pay £279 on a car that wasn’t worth £1,400

I had my car booked in for an MOT at Halfords Milton Keynes (Winterhill). The staff were very polite and professional throughout. I was able to watch my car on a screen while the MOT was being carried out, which was a nice touch. Once the test was completed, there were a few advisories that may need attention in the near future. These were explained clearly and in a way that I could understand, as I don't know much about cars. I also asked for a quote for the recommended work, which was emailed to me and printed out for convenience. Very happy with the service and the overall experience. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This is the first time we have used Halfords for our MOT and service and they have been brilliant from start to finish. We booked a Mot and service for today a month ago but then found out today that we needed the car today by mid day. The appointment was an all day appointment but when we mentioned our issue they said they can't promise but will try their best and then we got a call within 2.15 to say that our car was ready so thank you very much Halfords.
