I had a warning message appear on my dashboard, so I took my car to MK Car Doctor for what I thought would be a simple diagnostic check. They plugged in an OBD2 scanner, read the fault code, and then charged me £60 for it. I didn't realise at the time just how overpriced this was until I spoke to my brother afterwards. A quick Google search showed that the exact same diagnostic service is commonly available for around £20, making the £60 charge feel completely unreasonable. I honestly can't help but wonder if I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman. Whether that's the case or not, the experience left me feeling ripped off. There was no transparency about the cost beforehand, and for what amounted to plugging in a scanner and reading a code, the price was excessive. I left feeling disappointed and robbed. I wouldn't recommend this garage based on my experience, and I'd advise others to ask for the diagnostic price upfront before agreeing to anything. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Really nice guy, did a pre inspection for me and gave me his honest advise. The price was very reasonable and there were no issues with him. I would happily use this guy again!

He fixed all of these issues at no extra cost and took the time to explain everything. It's hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic these days, but he has definitely earned my trust and will be my go-to mechanic from now on. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fairly priced, I highly recommend Car Doctor. This version keeps the same message but reads more professionally and positively.

I ran into a sudden 'check engine warning' trouble while travelling. Called Car doctor, he was able to fit me within his schedule despite the short notice. He was really honest and helpful, was able to diagnose the fault and fix promptly. Will surely use Car doctor again when next I come around. I recommend.

Excellent service from this garage! They fitted the H11 and H7 LED lights on my car quickly and professionally. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The lights look amazing now and make a huge difference when driving at night. Very happy with the quality of the work and the price as well. Absolutely amazing customer service. I needed the car fixed urgently. Abs managed to fit me in within his busy schedule and got the car back up running within two hours! This is the first time I have used his services after looking at the Google reviews; I was sceptical at first but after meeting Abs I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with his job ethics and experience. My Mercedes had an oil leak and had noise coming from the engine area. Turns out the cylinder head cover was leaking and the V belt was faulty. Was quoted £6,000 by Mercedes to have this repaired. Took the vehicle to MK Car Doctor instead and they quoted me an affordable price for repair. Abz and his team done a superb job on this, vehicle is back in good condition and no further leaks.
