Halfords Autocentre Cambridge Clifton Road

Huge thanks to Jack, Will and the Team at Cambridge! Oil light came on when I was heading home after picking up my son from nursery. New puppy at home alone and a 40 min drive (stress levels were high and the four year old asking non-stop questions didn't help). Headed to nearest 'garage' for some help and the guys sorted me out even though it was near closing time and they didn't usually do oil top ups. I don't usually go to mainstream garages as always felt it lacked a personal touch, but this completely changed my mind. Thanks again chaps!

Friendly staff who give generally good advice. I got a free MOT with Motoring Club and a great quote for some work to be done; sadly they literally don’t answer the phone to get the work booked in so I’ll have to go elsewhere.

While they carried out the test, I took a walk around the local area to pass the time. ​Everything was completed right on schedule, and the staff gave a clear, professional breakdown of the results when I returned. Excellent customer service, honest communication, and a seamless process overall. I highly recommend this Autocentre to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient MOT with other services!

I attended Halfords Clifton Road Cambridge, to have two tyres fitted. I was met by Jack, who was in reception, with a massive smile on his face. I left the car with Halfords and a couple of hours later received a call to let me know that the work had been completed. I collected the car and was met by the same happy smiley face. It was a pleasure to be dealt with by somebody that seemed to be happy in their work. I would be happy to use Halfords Clifton Road again.

It was a pleseant experience. I used Cambridge (Clifton Road) Autocentre to replace 4 tyres and wheel alignment - I came 15 mins before (It was a saturday) the appointment time and Jack was welcoming and collected the key and said should be ready within 1.5 hours and I got the call around the time frame saying the car is ready to collect. Job well done, no problem so far. Really appreciate the work they have done.

So there was a SNAFU that could have been a big problem and source of irritation for me; however, the team acknowledged the issue quickly and went above and beyond to ensure a resolution was reached as quickly as possible. Mistakes and issues happen everywhere, but how they are resolved separates the good from the bad. Well done to the team.
