I have used Cooke Motors for a few years now and have always received Excellent service and staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very good and they do their best to get you booked in, even when they are so busy. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.
We've been coming to Cooke Motors for about 10 years, and have only got good things to say about them. They never talk down to me, as a woman, and are absolutely professional while being approachable and friendly. I feel safe knowing they will not do any work that doesn't need doing (I once asked them to look at something for me, and they said it had just needed some lubricant, and didn't charge me) and all the work they do is always carried out really well. The location is also perfect - I drop the car off, walk down to Royal William Yard, and visit one of the many cafés there until they ring to say it's done. Cannot recommend this garage enough!

I rang in the morning and despite explaining that they had a busy week ahead, suggested i drop the car down and they would fit it in if they could. Luckily, it was a quick fix, and i got my car back at the end of the day! Brilliant service, really helpful! 10/10!!
