Halfords Garage Services Plymouth

The Cot Hill branch was outstanding helping me get my MOT turned around so swiftly to keep me on track for my weekend away. So friendly and efficient absolute top service. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful experience that was, fabulous customer service. The best tea and coffee going, and very convenient access to the Lidl bakery next door. Take a 9am appointment like me and you’ll be watching your car pass its most coveted in croissant crumbs 😊

Work carried out at exactly the time booked. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Overall an exceptionally professional operation and would highly recommend A special recognition to Scott who carried out the work on my car.

I was advised by Alfred to come here so that I could get the tracking and balancing done on my VW crafter which is a high top long wheelbase. Unfortunately once I arrived I was told that even though they have the space they haven't been given the right size ramp and they were unable to service such a large vehicle. So if you're looking for large vehicle works don't come here they can't do it. That is the only reason I've given them a three.

Went in on the off chance I could get some new tyres….. What an excellent service I received. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tyres were in stock and were fitted immediately, the price was extremely reasonable and I even got a free coffee. Will definitely be coming back . Thank you for an exceptional service.

Many thanks to the lovely Zoe, Matt and James who made the whole MOT experience easy! Excellent customer service. Polite and friendly staff. Won’t hesitate to use this garage again!

Staff very patient and helpful when a booked appointment had to be rescheduled. New tyres installation & tracking completed efficiently and within expected time frame. Would definitely use Halfords again.
