Spencers MOT & Service Centre Norwich

Honestly really not how I wanted things to go with Spencer's. I picked them because it was local and reviews seemed fantastic. I booked an MOT and service which also seemed to be a good deal directly through their website. Nobody called to let me know the car was done, I had to chase - when II get the car back the cabin filter panel was loose and fell off during my drive which was dangerous and the service hadn't been reset on the car either. These were little details I could overlook as things happen when a business is busy I get that. But then after checking the next day the MOT hasn't been out through - I called back to ask what had happened, as we'd definitely discussed the car's MOT when I chased. I was informed it was never booked and told that it's a problem with the website and I'd have to rebook at full price even though the website deal was not that. I feel like these guys have hung me out to dry and am really disappointed with the service. Definitely not a reflection of all the reviews and really wish this could have been turned around into a positive.

Spencers repaired my non-functioning clutch on my VW Golf. It was one of those jobs where there was more than one issue. I am happy with the work they did and the car is working great. I will use them again if I need more repairs that I cannot manage.

Excellent garage, been having my MOTs here for several years. The only problem is they're so good that you might want to book a bit in advance as they're always busy!

Went in for First MOT and service of my used car that I bought last year. The team at the Spencers MOT is extremely supportive and talented. Handed in my car as per the appointment and received it as promised. No hassle or unnecessary delays. Will definitely recommend and will go back again for an MOT next year.

Just want to say a big thank you to James and Mike. And also mark in the workshop !! As I purchased a lovely golf gti performance model last month which I love the car ! Unfortunately I Had a few issues and to give James and the team 10/10. The cars been back a couple of times which to be fair was so unlucky and they have resolved the problem asap and had no problems with them in any way I never write reviews but felt the team deserved this as they have stood by their word which is a very rare these days. My cars second M.O.T at Spencer's, on both occasions I found Toby gave the vehicle a thorough examination, he's precise, diligent and explains his findings clearly and offers his expertise if asked. Peace of mind for safe motoring, thanks guys. Would Highly recommend.
