Absolutely brilliant service! I'm really glad to hear taken my car here for some repairs following failure of the MOT. All issues with the car were fixed at a very reasonable price. Before taking my car to the garage, I was fully prepared to scrap my car as I thought likely the repairs would cost too much to make the work worthwhile. However, everything was fixed perfectly at a very reasonable price. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't be anymore helpful. Thank you very much from an 2004 Vauxhall Corsa driver! :)

Incredible work and, importantly, amazing customer service. Took my car in for an issue that I had zero clue how to identify, within 2 hours, I was told what the issue was, how much it would cost and an accurate timeline for collection. Less than 24 hours later I was told the car was ready to collect All of the team are incredibly friendly, helpful and have a great amount of knowledge. I've had awful incidents with garages in the past but NDB made the whole process stress-free. Will certainly be going back for my MOT (and for some new tires) Thanks again guys!

I towed my car here in the evening when it broke down, I called the next day to try see if it can get fixed. Eventhough they were fully booked they found time in their day to look it over and when they said that they couldn’t fix it they went above and beyond and tried to call around to see if anyone else could. When I came back in to tow it back to my house to scrap they helped me sort it out so I didn’t have to pay extra to tow and matched the price the scrapping place gave me. They made an absolutely nightmare situation so much better, Chris especially was lovely throughout it and helped me through the whole process. Will definitely be bringing my next car here, everyone I talked to was so helpful and lovely.

What a fantastic find in the heart of Norwich (they've been here for 46 years). Thank you to Nigel, Chris and the team (including Andy) for excellent service. Fast, efficient, and great value. Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Will be relying on them for all maintenance, servicing and MOT work in future.
