Had a suspension coil snap in Cardiff leaving me a bit stuck. No mechanics could fit in a repair, and one other ghosted me after diagnosing a complete break. Mike went above and beyond in both communication and comforting me in a time of stress. He was able to fit me in for a safety check which encouraged me to join my group for the remainder of camping, and I arrived safely home to book in with my local (4 hours away). He was able to confirm and show me that the previous mechanic was incorrect and it was only a small section of the upper coils, both were still seated and tight, with the burrs facing away from the tire. I was having a rough couple of days stranded in a cardiff car park and he was a rock throughout. A proper grafter, if I ever end up in the cardiff area again he will always be my go to.

Really disappointed by this service. Called them to help me remove a stuck caliper and put new studs in my wheel hub. He got the caliper off but left the job half finished as there was a screw that he couldn't remove because he didn't have a drill on him as it was "at home charging because it's Friday afternoon". I was informed that there was a call out charge + 1 hour of maintenance of £120. However, I didn't expect to have to pay this in full for half a job. Now £120 lighter and the problem is still not resolved.
Great service, needed an oil change, oil filter and fuel filter. Mike was on time and polite and uses high quality products. Would use again
