I highly recommend DRS mechanics LTD. They were great from the initial contact, made the appointment at the rime they said they would and Sean was friendly and professional. Really happy with their work and will definitely use again.
Had a drained battery; charged up but keyfobs failed to work. Prompt attendance with friendly manner; problem turned out to be slightly puzzling but with full diagnostics and running thoroughly through possibilities problem soon found and resolved. Full explanations given to the curious soul that I am, along with advice on how to prevent problem returning. Would heartily recommend, hopefully won't have to use them again but if problems come back, would be in contact immediately.
Great first-time experience with DRS - Sion diagnosed the issue with our car and solved it, despite other garages failing to do so. Very impressed - great friendly helpful staff and very efficient booking process. Highly recommended.
DRS serviced my car efficiently and communicated well. I'd go there again. Finding a parking spot to drop the car off was slightly challenging but the garage is in a fairly quiet street which helped.
This company is a breath of fresh air! Communication was brilliant from the start. I explained I’d had issues for months that other companies couldn’t be bothered to sort. Brian came out to look at my VW van and diagnosed a few issues within minutes. I was then booked in the next day for all work to be completed by Brian, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. My van has never run so good! I made payment over the phone and the invoice for all work completed was emailed to me. Fantastic service.
Very quick response time. They came out the same day. The mechanic Rhiddian was great. He showed me what needed doing during the diagnosis visit instead of just telling me after and showed me all the old parts and how worn they were when they came off on the reapair visit 2 days later. Great service can't fault it.
