Kindly agreed to fix my car the same day as a brake failure, whilst I was stranded away from home. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they stayed until after it closed to fix the issue for me, at a reasonable price. Could not recommend highly enough.

They are always polite and friendly. I bought my car from them a couple of years ago, and absolutely love it. They do all the servicing and the MOTs at a good value price. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great, we have an old VW Polo that we've had in the family for a few years, we have kept it as a spare car and for our sons of various ages to learn to drive in & have as a first car. It's had a lot of use in the last couple of years, but then sat on our drive for ages and the MOT had run out, so I wanted to get it all fixed up ready for the next son learning to drive. It had a list of bits wrong with it, some were just annoying little niggles that i wanted to get fixed for a long time, and other bits were wear & tear like brakes, exhaust etc. It also had an intermittent issue with the EPC light coming on. I dropped it off with the guys and gave them a list of everything I wanted fixing, and asked them to MOT it and just fix anything else they find as I want to keep it going regardless of cost. They fixed every single issue, even advised that some of the work I asked about wasn't needed even though they could have just done it anyway and charged me more money. Our old Polo now drives the best it has ever done, the annoying little issues we've been trying to sort out for years have all gone. Price was very reasonable, i was kept informed of it's progress, the guys were very friendly, and most importantly to me they actually took the time to listen to what i wanted and fix it properly rather than just trying to get it in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this garage, good old fashioned customer service at a good price - they also look after my wifes Mini and they have always done a good job with that too at a much lower price than the main dealer / BMW specialists charge.

This was the first time using this garage for my MOT and after reading the positive reviews I booked myself in. The moment of walking through the door I was met by Rodney who is a credit to Duston garage and an example of how customer service should be towards customers. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure and will see you again next year

Excellent service many places wanted to charge me 1200 for my range rover sport dpf issue while it got fixed here only for £70 can’t be more trustworthy then this place if you got Range Rover Mercedes and bmw don’t go Anywhere else
