Autopoint Northampton Limited - Eurorepar Car Service Centre

First time visited Autopoint, and 100% wont be last one. Profesional, welcoming and family vibe. 5 stars is not enough !

I was recommended Autopoint by a family member who said we’d be looked after well, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The garage staff came out to take the car as soon as we arrived and directed us to the waiting area where I could wait with my children. The lady on reception (apologies for not getting her name!) was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, she even provided my children some biscuits and little gifts at no extra charge, which made their morning! The MOT service was quick, service all round excellent and would highly recommend.

I bought a car in June 2025 from my landlord who was diagnosed with cancer who sadly passed away in August 2025, This company had always looked after this car throughout the years my landlord owned the vehicle with repairs & services. On the day my landlord offered me the vehicle the car was having a New AC Compressor fitted as the original one had failed and my landlord didn't want to sell the vehicle with a faulty AC unit, in September 2025 I took the vehicle back to the garage and explained the AC unit was making knocking noises and didn't sound right they claimed they couldn't hear the noises but sprayed the belt with silicone spray I was told if the noises come back return the car for further investigation the noise didnt come back and at that point i never used the AC as the weater got cooler.... roll on 2026 with the extremely hot weather in June/July I put the AC on and only hot air is being pushed out of the AC system I took it to a different garage to get the system re-gassed and still hot air was being push out the garage did a thorough investigation new gas power going to the AC Compressor but nothing happening except hot air coming out of the system I was advise the AC Compressor had failed the clutch was not engaging at that point I remembered the events of 2025 with the garage that fitted the new part and my visit back in September 2025...... Friday 3rd July I returned the vehicle back to Auto Point and re-told the chain of events from installation in 2025 to having it re-gased on 3/7/2026 and explaining the thorough investigation pointing to the Failed AC Compressor, I was advised the AC Compressor was Now out of Warranty by maybe 2 weeks and they could do nothing for me , but they could book me in the following week for a new one to be fitted at my cost, feeling very disappointed as the issue had accured around September and the vehicle was returned but my concerns was not acted upon this is not a cheep part and felt like they didn't really care but was happy to rebook me in for a new unit. Deeply Disappointed

I had a fantastic experience with AutoPoint Northampton Limited. The garage is beautifully presented, and the whole team, especially Kerry and Shane, are truly lovely people and absolute professionals. I always worry about being taken advantage of at garages, but I never had that feeling here. I also really appreciated the viewing area. It was great being able to see exactly what was happening with my car, which I find really interesting. I felt completely at ease, and I know I’ll be coming back for years to come. Thank you so much to the whole team, I can’t recommend you highly enough.
