D.N Motor Services mobile mechanic

GHOSTED! Called him up after finding D.N Motor Services on a local google search. Had a chat with him, told him the issue. He said he would look at parts. Called me back quick, gave me a price and we agreed on a day when he would come and do the work. The day before he was to come I messaged him on both his numbers to confirm it was still on. Had no reply what so ever. Didn't even read the messages. On the day of the work I messaged him and called him on both of his numbers. Both of them rang off and the messages weren't even read again. Still not heard from him. After reading some of his reviews it does seem like he has done some good work for people but the negative reviews show this issue of ghosting his customers is more common with him. Completely unprofessional if you are trying to run a successful business. Communication is a key factor if you want to be a success. If I was to take an educated guess he probably never even ordered the parts, because if he had spent money getting them I'm pretty sure he would have wanted to get the job done to get the investment in the parts back. Funnily, I looked up this company on Companies House. This company as an entity was dissolved in 2023 so not quite sure how he is doing business. See images. Fantastic service! Car broke down, I contacted Dan through a google search 20 mins before he closed. He turned up half hour later, diagnosed, ordered the part and returned by lunchtime the next day and fixed my car!! Super impressed and will definitely use again! Thanks very much Dan

Good at the mechanics side Had my clutch replaced and have had no issues Haven't heard back about my receipt for it in months, however, so I can't prove the work was done.

Honest, efficient service. Was extremely professional and got the job completed in good time. Would recommend!

Booked through click mechanic which was already cheaper than anywhere else. Arrived after phoning me to let me know his ETA. Could have charged me for a new clutch but instead he didn't rip me off, he did the necessary work which was a simple adjustment, WOULD RECOMMEND

Great service from Dan. Messaged him on Sunday morning explaining the problem with my car. Didn't really expect an answer till the following day being a Sunday but not only did he respond, he came round a couple of hours later, diagnosed the issue, went straight off to get the part and returned quickly and fitted it. Problem solved at a very reasonable cost. Very happy and will definitely use Dan again. Will recommend to my friends too. Thanks Dan!

Great service, called them on Saturday, arranged to come round my house on Sunday to look at car and diagnosed the problem. Gave me a price I thought was good and fixed my car the next day. No problems at all, friendy, polite fellas and will be using again.
