4.7 / 5 · 96 totalVery disappointing experience. I would not recommend for major mechanical work. I contacted this mobile mechanic to replace the engine on my Toyota Alphard. Before accepting the job, he came to inspect the vehicle, and I also sent him a video showing the engine running with the knocking noise. He knew exactly what the job involved before agreeing to do it. They arrived at my driveway and spent nearly three hours removing the front bumper and dismantling the front of the vehicle. Only then did they tell me they couldn't continue because they needed a ramp. This made no sense. If a ramp was required, that should have been identified during the initial inspection, not after partially dismantling my vehicle. When they reassembled everything, the workmanship was very poor. Several bolts had been damaged, interior metal brackets were bent, the front bumper was left hanging out of alignment, and to make matters worse, the vehicle wouldn't even start afterwards. When I pointed out that the bumper was hanging off, the mechanic claimed it was already like that. Fortunately, I had taken a video of the Alphard before they started work, and it clearly shows everything was fitted properly. I have since had a professional mechanic carry out the engine replacement. As soon as he inspected the vehicle, he asked, "Which cowboys worked on this?" He then showed me the damage they had caused and explained what had been done incorrectly. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to think twice before using these guys for major mechanical work. They may be suitable for basic servicing, but I certainly wouldn't trust them with an engine replacement. Very disappointing from start to finish.

Broke down side of a dual carriage as my track rod end snapped, these guys within an hour came out and fitted a new bolt for me to drive all way back to Grimsby, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough 100% reliable and good price, thankyou again

The good: Sami was polite and honest about what he knew and what not The bad: his brother tried for over an hour, didn't know what's the issue so kept suggesting diagnosis (5 in 1 hour, made me doubt anything he said) The ugly: charged 95 pounds without a diagnosis or a fix. Also didn't return all fixture to their place Getting charged without a diagnosis means you broke your promise of we will find what's wrong and attempt to fix it. no charge or discount fee should have been done.
Great service, they went out of their way to find the most cost-effective solution for the repair. Quick communication during the job, and they ensured the work was completed thoroughly and to a high standard. Would definitely use again if needed.
