Several reviewers describe him arriving promptly, sometimes within the hour, and tackling jobs that other garages had turned down as too large, with one customer noting that a car with numerous faults was sorted within two days. Reviews regularly refer to that everything is explained clearly during the visit, covering what has been done and why, and that additional small fixes are carried out without fuss.
