Really good, friendly service! Came out to look at the clutch on the van, which ended up needing to be replaced. He arranged collection of the van the same day and took it to the garage. It was all sorted by the next day and the van was dropped back off, which saved my weekend trip. All for a fair price He explains things clearly, responds quickly and kept me updated throughout.

Fantastic experience!! I am buying a van and got Ady to do a full inspection on it beforehand. I contacted him on Friday and he completed the inspection on Saturday afternoon! He also made a very detailed follow up call which helped clarify all the 'mechanic jargon'. If you are thinking of getting an inspection done then don't hesitate.

Requested a pre purchase car inspection. He examined the car properly from engine to gearbox to tyres and everything else. Explained me everything what needs to be done. Would 100% recommend and worth the price. Given that it was my first car he took care of everything.

I paid £255 in labour plus a further £119 for brake parts/work on my vehicle and have been left extremely disappointed with the quality of the repair. Shortly after the work was completed, I experienced ongoing brake issues, including excessive heat and smoking from a wheel. To make matters worse, one of the brake discs later cracked, leaving me with serious concerns about the workmanship and safety of the vehicle after it left the garage. For a total bill of around £374, I expected the job to be completed correctly and the vehicle to be safe to drive. Instead, I have been left with additional stress, further repair costs, and no confidence in the work that was carried out. Based on my experience, I would not use this service again and cannot recommend it to others. Make sure you obtain a full written invoice and thoroughly inspect any work before leaving. To clarify, the £119 was paid to another garage after the vehicle continued to suffer brake issues following your work. Regardless of who supplied the parts, the vehicle left with an overheating brake which later resulted in further repairs being required. I have photographs of the overheating wheel and cracked disc. This review reflects my experience as a customer and the additional costs I incurred after the work was completed. Regarding the comment about my reviews, I believe that's irrelevant to the issues raised. I have over 400 reviews across Google, the vast majority of which are positive. I leave honest feedback based on my genuine experience, whether good or bad. When I receive good service, I leave good reviews. When I have a poor experience that results in additional costs, safety concerns, and inconvenience, I leave an honest review reflecting that experience. My review is based solely on the work carried out on my vehicle and the issues I encountered afterwards. It is not a personal attack on your business, but a factual account of my experience as a paying customer.

Would definitely recommend! They helped me out at 2am when I broke down. I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my car. They came out to me 40 mins away from where I was and drained the wrong fuel and cleaned the tank, changed the filter and added new fuel. Got me back on the road very quickly and very very reasonably priced!

Buyer beware: 1 No end report given even after assurances they would do so. 2 No underside check done - missed suspension cracks and leaking timing cover. Pro tip - don’t pay them the full amount until they give you the report detailing what they checked.
