Pauls mobile mechanic

Drivers who call on Paul for a car that will not start, a camper that needs getting back on the road or a SEAT Ibiza with a fault describe a mobile mechanic who turns up when he says he will and keeps them informed throughout. Customers repeatedly mention that the problem is diagnosed clearly, whether it is a failed battery or a more involved repair, and that the likely work and its cost are explained before anything is carried out. Several reviewers highlight that the price quoted is the price paid, with nobody reporting hidden extras, and one notes that a replacement battery was fetched and fitted without an additional charge.

Punctuality comes up often, including a callout that arrived within two hours, alongside praise for Paul's friendly and professional manner and the tidy, fuss-free way the job is completed. Reviewers describe him as trustworthy and knowledgeable, with the sort of pride in his work that makes them say they will use him again. Recurring themes across the feedback are clear communication, fair costing and repairs finished properly, from battery replacement to getting a camper moving again, with Paul named again and again as the reason customers return.
