One week in advance booking for diagnose and replacement of one injector. After leaving the van, received a call saying the work can’t be made because it will require a specialist to complete the work. When the work was booked with the reg plate, they should’ve known already what it would take to perform the work or don’t book it at all. One week of work wasted and now need to get another mechanic to do the work. Even though they suggested one garage one hour away… The experience was not the best of all.

It is wonderful and marvellous to see how the company has grown and the high level it has achieved over the years. Well done neil and family. legends of wolverhampton. And thank you for all you do for the comunity and make us all smile and save money in me pocket. Big up!

I have recently had some work done on the air con on my son's Audi A4. I found the service and support at Neil's Auto's to be second to none. Dean was very helpful in all the telephone communication and gave updates on parts arriving and booking in as well as the friendly and helpful support from the lady on the reception desk.
