MTM VEHICLE SERVICES MOBILE LTD

Full servicing to manufacturer recommendations and next-day diagnostic and repair appointments form the core of what this mobile operation provides, alongside emergency call-outs for faults such as a burst water pipe. Praise for the mechanic, Mike, centres on how quickly he responds: one account describes a message answered immediately with a visit arranged for later the same day, while another records an emergency attended within the hour despite heavy rain.

Several customers highlight the convenience of having work carried out at their own front door, describing the arrangement as straightforward and the pricing as fair value for money. His professional and honest manner is a point that comes up often, with clients finding him easy to deal with and stating they would return for work across their vehicles. Against this, a number of accounts raise serious concerns.

Customers report jobs that were quoted and agreed but then not completed, with the mechanic failing to arrive on the promised day, calls and messages left unanswered afterwards, and one report of incomplete work abandoned along with a missing car jack. These accounts of no-shows and poor follow-up communication after an initial agreement run through the feedback as a recurring theme, sitting alongside the positive reports of fast response.
