Well what can I say about MTM Autos and Glenn ? Other than he is completely accommodating, my car broke down as it had a snapped auxiliary belt and was due to be in the day after for other bits and bobs that aren’t small jobs. Got it all sorted in a few hours. Out of all the mechanics I’ve been to, he definitely is a hidden gem ! I live in Hebburn so South of the Tyne, a bit awkward to get to for me as it’s an hour with the Metro etc but I honestly do not mind about that, out of everywhere I’ve taken my cars to over the years (Originally residing from Sheffield - South Yorkshire but moving over to the North East and now I’ve been here for 2 years nearly) I’ve struggled to find an honest, skilled, friendly and accommodating mechanic like Glenn, you are an absolute credit to the industry Glenn you have restored my faith in a very dim view of “Mechanics” these days in a trade where “Mechanics” want to rip peoples eyes out with eye watering prices for most of the time jobs that any skilled/trained mechanic should be able to complete with no issues. He was the cheapest person I had a quote from but turns out, the most skilled and knowledgeable mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of trusting my car with !! I’ve found my mechanic for the rest of my life or at least until he retires (I dread the day) thank you Glenn for fixing my car properly when nobody else could ! You’ve no idea how much I appreciate you and MTM Autos ! Dave - Ford Galaxy 09 Plate - Suspension work
I would not go anywhere else with my car. They are absolutely spot on and very reasonably priced. Staff are lovely and they get the job done quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Great service and very affordable, I will be using this garage in the future
My go to garage. Miles cheaper than anywhere else. Get the job done, no questions asked.
Took my motor down at short notice and was seen promptly today ! Service is spot on. Very informative and genuine people. I couldn't speak highly enough about these lads ! Thanks so much for your help and advice this morning !! Will 100% be back and would recommend 👌
Being a regular for a few years now, I can only echo what everyone else here has put. MTM deserves all the praise it gets.
Couldn't find a more honest and genuine mechanic, top service, hard to find these days.
