I phoned to book an appointment, but they told me there was no need—I could just drop the car off whenever suited me. I dropped it off the same day, and they had the wheel alignment completed within two hours. They called me just before closing to let me know it was ready and even waited for me to arrive so I could collect it. Excellent service from start to finish—friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
First class service. Guys checked car on machine & advised where to go to get mechanics sorted. Didn’t charge for taking the time to do this. They are simply fantastic!! Couldn’t recall them highly enough.
Thankfully Mosgrove was able to take my car and sort brake calliper and pads. They were fast, efficient and sorted the car quickly. I will definitely return here. My car was so quiet afterwards I felt like it was gliding on air. Very appreciative of the work done
excellent service, i drove into a pot hole on sat evenin, tryre was flat on sun morning. From the time i called to completion was 1.5 hrs (and my case was not urgent). A lovely guy Jordan did a very quick trye change, checked alloy for damage and had me back on the road. would highly recommend and i will certainly be using again.

Hit a pothole in Ards this evening. Phoned Mosgrove and Sons and the callout serviced they provided was fabulous. Arrived when they said they would and tyre was fitted and back on the road in no time again. Very efficient service and would definitely recommend to anyone else who is unfortunate enough to find themselves in a similar situation to myself.
