Good communication and price but unfortunately the car was delivered to the wrong address and my key posted through wrong house. My partner was home and there was no key posted or car outside. I called back the delivery person and confirmed she was at the correct address and she said she had delivered it to there. I then called the garage and they confirmed it was delivered to another address. My partner had to go to the address where it was posted and spoke to them on the ring door bell which the delivery driver could have done to confirm it was correct address. We still haven’t got the key as it is the spare one and my other key is with me at the hospital I work in. Not happy with service today which is a shame as I have suggested this garage to other people in the past. Garage sent only apologies for the inconvenience. Still don’t have my car at my home.
Had my MOT completed with Mersey Garages. The booking was online followed by a swift call back to arrange details. Car collected the next morning and, four hours later, another call back giving details of recommended work. Car was returned one hour later. The cost was very competitive, the collection and return exactly as agreed and, as my MOT was passed, the service very satisfactory.
I have used Mersey Garages for years for services and MOTs on my Mercedes and recommended them to family and friends. They are always helpful, arrange a collection and drop off service if required and their work is excellent. Can't fault the value for money as they are extremely competitive. Best in the area
I booked in for an MOT and service on the BMW a few months ago. I saw online you pick up and drop off for the MOT. A real nice American guy came down and collected it and brought it back in the evening. We had a good laugh about this and that he knows what's up. Looking forward to seeing him again in November. You updated the online drive within a week or so. Brilliant work guys saw all the bad reviews on here don't let the haters get you down. See you in November
Had my MOT here this afternoon, absolutely amazing service. Ladies on front desk were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. I was panicking incase my car wasn’t done in time for the kids school run but the car was done within no time. Would highly recommended.
Excellent service!! From start to finish complete ease collected my car and dropped it back off, prices very reasonable and all the staff was great especially KIM & TAYLA! Highly reccomend to anyone! This garage really stood out to me im glad this garage was recommened to me!
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. The pricing was very reasonable—especially compared to other garages I’ve used—and there were no hidden costs. What really stood out for me was the free collection and delivery service, which made things so much easier around my work schedule in the NHS. It took all the stress out of getting my car sorted. On top of that, they even offered an NHS discount, which was a really thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough—will definitely be using them again!
