No show Twice he’s let me down and not bothered turning up despite it being arranged and checked for any changes a few hours before Pervy behaviour on Facebook

Very happy with the communication and service. Managed to fit the job in slightly sooner than initially expected. Very friendly and helpful individuals and charged the quoted amount. Would contact again in the future without hesitation.
Bloody useless call to book and I sent the details by text and was supposed to let me know what time on the Tuesday, sent another message on the Sunday and had no reply at all, great way to run a business. I will never ring use or recommend to anyone again.
Booked to do diagnostics, was a no show. Booked a further 3 times, 3 more no shows. Frustrating when you move and cancel work meetings, and you cant even get a text to let you know its not happening, just basic manners really.
WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE Arrived late . Took over an hour to do a 15 minute job . He charged me extra £20 than the quote he gave even though I already had the materials. He then left keeping the tools I provided and left the car with a bigger oil leak than when he started. Now he won't return my calls or text
