So pleased to have found MB. My first visit there definitely won’t be the last, and in fact won’t be taking the Range Rover anywhere else in the future. Kept informed throughout by Paula regarding the necessary work and associated (very reasonable) costs, and everything was completed to a high standard. Great work guys.
Haha what a joke this place is, scam alert. 🔔 phoned them for gearbox service for Audi a6 2015 C7 bloke said they don’t do Audis especially transmission because of the tools required which they don’t have hahaha, then he asked me did I get a quote? Because I mentioned to him that I spoke to his colleague and she told me that yes they service Audis and gearbox service costs 650 ish so then I told the guy that I been quoted 650 and he was like, oh hang on let me ask the workshop they might have the tools hahah oh so now you have the tools when I mention that I been quoted 650?! Hahaha what a joke they are… oh and they want me to send 50% deposit so they can book me in because this is a new rule that they made because people book and don’t turn up…well of course when yous are scamming people I phoned Audi themselves on Sandhills they charge 250 for gearbox oil change and filter change 🤣 if you don’t believe me phone Audi. How can they claim to be cheaper than the main dealer when this place is charging more 🤣🤣
Purchased a Range Rover Evoque and had nothing but trouble from the off. Had it in another garage who didn’t resolve problem. Had A.A constantly out to me. Took it too M.B Liverpool who where really helpful, kept me informed about all the issues on the car, and sorted them out for me. Recommend this garage 100%. I have used MB for my servicing for 3 years now and they have been terrific. My recent experience had my car completed in 3 hours for the annual service and a couple of other issues. Paula was particularly helpful, thank you MB!

So happy with the exceptional customer service I received from MB Liverpool the staff are so professional and super friendly and make you feel valued as a customer which is why I've used them for quite a number of years now. I had a few faults come up on my car over the Bank Holiday and as they were closed I decided to make an enquiry online to see the earliest I could book it in for repair. I got a reply back straight after the holidays and the car was booked in the following morning. I was so pleased when I got a call back from Scott in the afternoon informing me he'd diagnosed and repaired the fault and it was ready for pick up. I was really impressed with the quick turnaround and will definitely be recommending MB Liverpool to family and friends as I know like myself they will not be disappointed.
