Great! Just had the timing chain on my Discovery Sport replaced here based on reading reviews. The garage did a really good job, very good communication and the price was good too. Very pleased, I'll be back in future for servicing and MoTs.

I've just come to this garage for the first time as I was recommended to come here. I came in for an MOT and from start to finish the ladies in reception and mechanics have been fabulous with me! Great communication, down to earth team that are always putting customers first. I would definitely be back here again if I have any issues with my car. I will absolutely be a customer for life with them from now on! Cannot fault them whatsoever, extremely honest people with reasonable pricing 😊

Can’t recommend Mark and the team at HSR enough. They carried out a timing chain replacement on my ingenium engine in our Range Rover evogue. The communication was great throughout the job and will be back with all our cars. Thanks guys.

My car had been in the garage for around 3 weeks due to a sensor issue, and through absolutely no fault of HSR Autos, the manufacturer was struggling to even identify the correct part on their own system/catalogue. Throughout the whole process, Rachel on reception worked incredibly hard every single day communicating with suppliers and the manufacturer, constantly chasing updates and trying to escalate the issue further. Marc, the owner, then suggested attempting a hard-wire repair on the sensor to try get the car out of limp mode and properly repaired due to how long the investigation was taking from the manufacturer - and thankfully, he managed to fix it. The car is now running perfectly again. During the process they were even preparing one of their own cars to offer me as a courtesy car if needed. When I went to collect the car today, I was caught off guard when they told me there would be no charge. Despite me insisting I wanted to pay something, they instead asked if I wished to contribute anything, to make a small donation to their chosen charity, CLAN Cancer Support. That genuinely says everything about the type of people they are. Garages like this are incredibly rare nowadays. I’ve owned cars for over 12 years and used plenty of garages in that time, but these guys are without doubt the best in Aberdeen in my opinion. Their workmanship, customer service, honesty, and commitment to getting the issue resolved have won themselves a long-term customer. I honestly can’t recommend HSR AUTOS highly enough.
