What a wonderful experience that was, fabulous customer service. The best tea and coffee going, and very convenient access to the Lidl bakery next door. Take a 9am appointment like me and you’ll be watching your car pass its most coveted in croissant crumbs 😊
Work carried out at exactly the time booked. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Overall an exceptionally professional operation and would highly recommend A special recognition to Scott who carried out the work on my car.
I was advised by Alfred to come here so that I could get the tracking and balancing done on my VW crafter which is a high top long wheelbase. Unfortunately once I arrived I was told that even though they have the space they haven't been given the right size ramp and they were unable to service such a large vehicle. So if you're looking for large vehicle works don't come here they can't do it. That is the only reason I've given them a three.
Only after getting home did I notice that 2 different types of tyre had been fitted to my car, even though I ordered 2 the same. A quick phone call and booked to go back to the garage in a few days time to have it corrected. Super quick service though. Update Took the car back to Halfords this morning. 30 mins later, the keys were handed back to me so I thought I'd check the tyres before I left. Good job I did as they had fitted 2 different tyres again!! Sat around for another 20 mins whilst they changed it again for a 3rd time. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Went in on the off chance I could get some new tyres….. What an excellent service I received. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tyres were in stock and were fitted immediately, the price was extremely reasonable and I even got a free coffee. Will definitely be coming back . Thank you for an exceptional service.
