Amazing service, less than 30 mins from the first call to arrival on scene, Jamie treated our car with care, recovered it and took to a nearby garage. Much better and faster than any previous experience I've had with the AA. Thanks again.
Excellent Service. Stranded with a brake failure on a caravan, and let down by our subscribed breakdown provider, Cars Recovery agreed to an out of area recovery on a Sunday night to enable us and our caravan to make it home. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it happen.
Our rented camper van broke down outside of Aberdeen on Saturday 9/5, and the recovery driver who picked us up was so kind! We did not get his name, but he was from Romania. We had been waiting several hours and he was quick to get us loaded and back to the city so we could get on our way. Thank you!
I broke down in Aberdeen called aa and these guy where sent out to me arrived within a hour and recovered me to a place of my choice. Craig went above and beyond loading my beaver tail which is harder than most people think Thanks Craig and the team 👍
Fantastic service from Green flag (eventually 😂) and CARS last night with my van after a non repairable tube blow out on a wheel. Kept Upto speed with timings, had to leave van after 1st relay at a petrol station as nobody available to do the full job but then recovered this morning and brought to my home.
Excellent service from CARS RECOVERY. The young man sorry forgot to ask his name he was able to see what was wrong with my car and quickly had it onto truck and took it to my local garage. Thanks to him.
First class place and service. Broke down and called The AA, they subcontracted the work to Cars Recovery. Firstly they arrived a good half hour earlier than estimated, the engineer Mark was friendly, helpful and very reassuring. It wasn’t able to be fixed at the roadside, so after calling the AA again, they then contacted Cars Recovery again to get the car towed to the garage of our choice. Mark and the tow guy both called to keep me updated on timings. Brilliant service, could not recommend highly enough. Thanks so much guys, your help tonight after a difficult day was so appreciated.
