What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Engine diagnostics and repair form the foundation of this Ipswich operation, with customers describing work that spans oil changes, brake repairs, coolant temperature sensors, timing chains and tyre issues. Praise for response times recurs throughout the feedback, including emergency call-outs where faulty windscreen wipers or an unexpected tyre problem were sorted the same day, in one instance with a replacement part delivered and fitted within a couple of hours.

The mechanic, consistently named as Mehmed, is credited with diagnostic expertise, notably in one account where an engine other garages had deemed beyond saving was repaired instead by replacing a broken timing chain. Fair and competitive pricing comes up repeatedly, with honesty and reliability standing out as enduring themes. Customers describe him as helpful and professional, arriving promptly at their home or workplace, and report that jobs are finished to a high standard and on schedule.

Something that features in review after review is the sense of being treated fairly rather than overcharged, and one customer mentions a diagnostic check carried out after a sensor replacement to confirm all was well. The readiness to attend breakdowns at short notice and the clear explanation of faults feature throughout, with the same trusted mechanic handling everything from a simple oil change to complex engine work.

I had an unexpected problem with my car tyre on Saturday and popped into the garage hoping they could help. Mehmed was incredibly helpful and kind. He looked at my car straight away, found the problem and fixed it while I waited. I really appreciated how quickly he helped me, especially as it was an emergency, and I was also very pleased that I wasn’t overcharged. It’s not often you come across such honest, helpful and professional service. I’m very grateful to Mehmed for his help and would definitely recommend this garage. Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He's had my van for 2 years. Fitted a towbar which doesn't work. Broken and damaged grills and bodywork. Won't answer his phone and blocked me. Avoid this crook

Excellent service every time. My car has been repaired by Mehmed more than once – always quickly, professionally and at a fair price. Honest, reliable and skilled mechanic. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

To me and all my colleague and my friends this is the best mechanic in the whole of UK. He open the engine and checked everything. I took my car to so many places before and they told me I need to change engine, I even took my car to my dealers they said I need to change engine. But when I took my car to him he opened it and check everything and fix it for me. His the best. 100%.
