4.5 / 5 · 270 totalI cannot fault the service at Br Car Care, there are always efficient and cost effective. I have used the garage on a few occasions service, MOT have recently been in for a puncture repair and handbrake check, services was completed on the same day that I had got in touch.
Went to their shop to fit 4 tyres to my freshly refurbished wheels. Two of them had to be stretched, when i ask about price they said £10 per wheel and i agreed with that. Actually was £10 per wheel without being balanced and was trying to charge me another £5 per wheel to do that. So £60 to fit my own tyres. I never heard about any tyre place to have a price to fit tyres and to charge you extra to balance them.
Five star service, so efficient and high quality. Fixed my wingmirrors in like 5 mins just before closing. Will be my local garage from now on for sure.
The battery of my car had issues and the car was not starting. I rang BR car care centre and they went to my house to pick the car. It was fixed and the car was returned to the house even when I was at work. My invoice was also left for me. Great service rendered even in my absence.

They tell lots of lies and kept over charging me for my car keeping it all opened and telling me to take it if I can and ripped me for around £1100 when the car was taken to another centre the bill they made for same work was around 370. How shamelessly they do such scams.
Out of all the garages i go to they were the ones who guaranteed the issue will be sorted and they did not disappoint 5* overall amazing people and work.
