Youri is a great guy whenever I take my car in they communicate if there’s anything else they recommend doing. He’s always reliable and has great mechanics around working on the cars. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new garage.
Been a loyal customer here for a few years. Before christmas had a problem with the rear brakes so got them replaced. Driving home and the car sounded terrible, so we contacted the garage and they said bring it back we will have a look. They said oh its because of new pads and discs and its not as worn as before etc. 4 weeks later the noise returned and monika took it back, this time they said oh maybe the brakes aren't good quality and you may need new shoes...hang on brakes not good quality? You bought and fitted them and if they are not good quality, why not return them and replace them as you have a years warranty? Ive given up with them, Yuri is an amazing and intelligent mechanic but the shop always needs more mechanics so its like they throw anyone on it. We've been with them for about 6 years but its just not good enough anymore. *Edit* Yuri did contact us following the review and looked at the car again and replaced the parts.
