Called him out twice now gave me a really good price and was so friendly. Im not clued up on cars at all and he showed me the problem got the parts and it was fixed within the day. 10/10 service 1000% recommend especially if your just a girl like me lol 👍

As full-time travelers with not much gear and mechanical experience aboard, having a problem with our 18 year old van is always a challenge. After describing the issues we had with a driveshaft and the lower ball-joints, Matt was the only one in the region who took us seriously and instantly sent a price estimate, just like we wished for. He also made time so soon that we could fit it into our travel schedule, which proves to be tricky having no permanent residence. When he arrived and started working, the horrors of deeply rusted front axle components showed. With patience and tenacity he tried to loosen the melded parts, but it was quickly clear to us that this would not stay a 2-3 hour job. In fact, he had to come back the next day AND the day after that, since the rust problem was so serious. Moreover, it turned out that the brake discs and shock absorbers had to be changed, too. Even after the repair got bigger, we only had to pay the extra parts and a little travel fee. Being stranded in Cotswolds, he always made sure that we were supplied, and he even took me to a supermarket and back to the van, for which alone we‘re deeply thankful. Matt was trustworthy, communicative and reliable. If we’d ever came back to Cotswolds with car issues, we‘d definitely call him again.

I’m not local to Oxfordshire and was visiting my elderly grandparents when my exhaust suddenly became very noisy and looked as though the rear back box was about to fall off. I called Matt at around 3pm on a Saturday to see if he could help. Despite it being the weekend, he arrived at my address within 45 minutes to assess the problem. Matt quickly identified what was needed, sourced the required parts, and returned on Monday afternoon to carry out the repair as promised. I can’t thank Matt enough for his prompt response, professionalism, and excellent service. He was friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic, especially if they need help at short notice.
