Brilliant service from Asif and his team this morning. I arrived on the off chance without calling prior, for my air con to be sorted. I thought there may have been a fault. I asked Asif he could take a look and listen to the noise, he explained he could re gas and see if it works but he couldn’t be certain it would. He gave me the option whether to go ahead. I went ahead and within 40minutes of arriving I left with my air con working. Great service. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this garage. The service I received was excellent, and it was one of the best experiences I've had with a garage in Stoke-on-Trent. I had an air conditioning refill and diagnostic work carried out on my vehicles, and everything was completed professionally and efficiently. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided great customer service throughout. I will definitely return in the future whenever I need any work done.

Fantastic service! Booked in for a major service after buying a new car, they advised me it only needed a full service after looking at it. They were brilliant, professional and reasonably priced. Will be using for all my car needs in future.

After my engine management light came on, I was struggling to find a garage and was worried about what the fault might be. From the first phone call, the service was excellent. The mechanic carried out diagnostics, explained everything clearly, and didn't just guess at the problem. He performed a smoke test, found the fault, sent me photos and videos showing exactly what was wrong, then called me to explain the issue and the costs before carrying out any work. He also checked underneath the car when I mentioned a rattling noise and was honest that he couldn't reproduce it, rather than making up a fault or recommending unnecessary repairs. The communication throughout has been excellent, and I felt informed every step of the way. It's rare to find a garage that takes the time to explain things properly and provide evidence of what they've found. I've been impressed enough to book my MOT and service with them as well. Highly recommended.

Top job from Asif and the team. Had a slight mishap in my Peugeot and the insurance company wanted to write it off which I really didn't want to do. But reading the reviews for Auto Mechanix I thought I'd take it up and see if they could save it. Safe to say they did a brilliant job you wouldn't even know it was in an accident and reasonably priced too! Professional and friendly team would highly recommend.

Booked for break repair online, website was easy to navigate and lovely staff! I know nothing about cars but Asif (I think that was his name) explained the process simply and clearly. Servicing was great, I don’t hear grinding anymore and drives feel much smoother. Good and fair pricing, and was told upfront before any work. These guys do great work, 100% recommend.

Absolutely top garage . Car needed new clutch besides some minor repairs. Was collected in quick time and returned to me in quick time having had all new parts fitted at a very reasonable price. The owner kept me updated throughout the repairs and informed of time and date of collection . Brilliant tram headed by Asif . Very polite and friendly service. Will use in future and highly recommend
