So glad I decided to give this place a go with my motorhome, for the MOT and service. 1st time here and I will definitely be back next year. The staff are so nice and polite and very helpful.

Awful customer service. I rang at 9:35am today to book my car in for tracking at 1pm. I arrived at 12:35 put my keys on the desk and said ‘this is for the kia sportage i rang earlier and someone said you had 1pm available for tracking’ i was then outside a while in the car park looking at some old cars before i set off home. I waited until 4:30 and tried ringing but had no response as i wanted to know if my car was ready or not. Still no call back at 4:45 so i set off walking to arrive and it not have been done. I waited 4 hours for absolutely nothing. Apparently had no details to know what needed to be done yet on the phone at 9:35am that day it was spoke about. Shouldn’t these details not have been wrote down at the time with my phone number? Absolute waste of time when i could’ve took it elsewhere and it have been done but i used you due to you doing my tracking last time and having no issues back then!
Just had a full service on my BMW. Brilliant customer service from the team at The Arches. I was able to hook up to the WiFi and carry on working while the service was completed. They finished ahead of time and I can feel the difference immediately when I got back behind the wheel. Substantial saving on a dealer service and would highly recommend. I am taking it back soon for full brake replacements.
Booked in for a replacement EFD battery for my 21 reg focus. Job was done in under an hour from arrival to departure and the stop/start works again. Brilliant price with courteous staff and £200 cheaper than a Ford dealer. Well done.
After the nightmare I had last year taking my car in for a service and MOT with a well known Vauxhall dealership in Bolton, there was some trepidation taking my car in this year. The Arches restored my faith. Brilliant service, friendly and great prices. Thankyou
