What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

TEAM 1 MOBILE MECHANICS draws consistent praise for the thoroughness and persistence of its mechanic, Jack, who is named again and again as the person who tracks down the root cause rather than stopping at the first fix. Accounts describe an organised, professional approach from the first contact, with punctual arrivals, plain explanations of what is required and updates kept flowing while work is under way. Jobs range across full servicing, brake pad and front suspension arm replacement, a starter motor swap, an alternator belt change and an engine coolant repair, all reported as completed to a high standard, with test drives used to confirm that everything sounded and felt right.

Reviewers repeatedly highlight the value delivered and the care shown towards each vehicle, alongside friendly and knowledgeable advice. Several customers describe evening call-outs and next-day attendance when a fault reappeared, including one job fitted in late at night, showing a willingness to see a problem through to the end rather than rescheduling. The same dedication, efficiency and attention to detail come through whether the task is routine maintenance or diagnostic work on a van.

Jack came out to replace our brake pads and quickly spotted another issue. He ordered the part straight away and fixed it the same day. Friendly, professional, and took great care with our car. Fantastic service from start to finish – highly recommended!

Came on time, was very polite new what he was doing and new what he was talking about. Was having an oil change, used a tarp and mats so was very clean and didn’t leave any marks on the floor and got on with it. Would highly recommend!
