Plymouth Mobile Mechanic

Stonehouse drivers who have found themselves stranded by a fault describe Eddie as the mechanic who comes to them and gets the car moving again. Reviewers repeatedly mention how quickly he arrives after a call, even at short notice, and that he diagnoses the problem on the spot before carrying out the repair. Brake pipes and an alternator are among the components named in feedback, with customers noting that jobs were completed at the roadside rather than the vehicle being taken elsewhere. A theme running through the feedback is the fairness of his prices for the work involved.

Communication is another recurring theme, since he explains what has gone wrong and, where a vehicle has needed attention beyond his initial visit, has pointed owners towards other local options. His manner is described as friendly and his approach as trustworthy, with customers saying they would contact him again for future breakdowns or mechanical faults. The speed of his response and his ability to get a car running again feature prominently in what people write, alongside his willingness to travel out to the vehicle itself.
