Came out to my Ford Focus today, friendly guy and efficient service! My car gave him the good go around but he managed to diagnose the persistant issue i was having and i can now focus on getting it fixed! Thank you!
James is a life saver, I had major electrical problems on my old T4 camper. Diagnosed a faulty fuse box and corroded pins. Came up with a simple solution fix to save on a full fuse box replacement which would cost a lot more budget than I had available. Very knowledgeable chap, and really helped me out with his price, and solution. Would highly recommend and will be using again for any future repairs 👍
Very quick to come out and diagnosed the car issue giving various options. Friendly and thorough, knowledgeable about the issues my car had would recommend and id use again in the future
Car was kept for several days with minimal visible progress and constant shifting of timelines. Appointment days were repeatedly changed, often justified by blaming rain that wasn’t even forecasted…. Communication was poor and largely unrelated to the job at hand, with time spent on personal conversation rather than actual updates on the repair. At one point, his family member at the property also became involved in the work?! Final bill was high which was probably because it was dragged out. Overall, unprofessional and poor value for money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
